The Macmillan Support Centre at Altnagelvin provides free information and confidential support to anyone affected by cancer. The Centre provides benefits advice, Health, Emotional support, prosthesis, psychological support and wig fitting services in a warm and welcoming environment (on an Appointment basis only due to COVID-19).
We have a wide range of Macmillan Cancer Information as well as information on local charities who provide local support to people affected by cancer. We are here to listen to and support people and host support programmes delivered by volunteers through Health.
The centre runs in conjunction with Agnes Jones House to provide non clinical programmes for people with long term conditions (currently being delivered virtually).
